Anointed Bibles
Most people wrongly believe that if the bible is accurate, it is
good. While accuracy is important, it is also important to see
if the bible is anointed. When the Lord calls someone or a group
of people to do His Work involving translation, He anoints that
work. Furthermore, when He calls people, the job often get done
correctly without any practice trial - He opens the eyes of the
translators to use good Greek text.
Fleshy works, created by man's desires, are not anointed.
There are translations that use a good Greek text, but have no
anointing. Bible versions from erroneous Greek texts should be
questioned. Why would the Lord anoints someone or a group of
people to translate from an erroneous Greek text?
There is way to test if the bible is anointed.
for the reckoning of God is living, and working, and sharp above
every two-edged sword, and piercing unto the dividing asunder
both of soul and spirit, of joints also and marrow, and a
discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart; (Heb 4:12 OOYLT)
It is important to read the bible out ALOUD. Meditiating,
reading, and analyzing the bible are NOT enough. For
example, take a bad bible (e.g., NIV) and read a passage out
ALOUD. And notice how strong the Lord's presence. Wait
awhile for God's Presence to be "zero". Then read ALOUD
the same passage from a good bible (e.g. KJV, WB, OOYLT, etc).
You will notice a difference in the Lord's presence. God's Word
is powerful and anointed.
so then the faith is by a report, and the report through a saying
of God, (Rom 10:17 OOYLT)
So is My word that goeth out of My mouth, It turneth not back
unto Me empty, But hath done that which I desired, And
prosperously effected that for which I sent it. (Is 55:11 OOYLT)
Anointed God's word will not return void. It has power to induce
faith - saving faith, healing faith, miracle faith, and more.
I exhort you to test various bibles for their anointing (see next
section).
The most important thing to do, is to pray and receive the
Lord's heart and mind about these bible translations. It is
important that we and others feed on authentic versions of
God's word. At the same time, the God's word needs to be readable
so that it enters into our hearts and minds. The file,
BasicBiblesList.php,
lists various bibles that I have found to be acceptable.
The file, BadBibles.php,
lists various bibles that I have found to be severely
corrupt.
Test Bibles Anointing
Choose a NT passage which has at least 10 verses, preferably over 15. Then choose 10+ bible
translations. I recommend this list to include
-
KJV
-
bible translation you are currently using
-
OOYLT
You can find long lists of (good and bad) bible translations in sections 4a, 5, and 7 of
BasicBiblesList.php
Especially note the links in section 7 where you can view many different bible translations
online - no need to install a bible program.
Print out the power chart,
PowerChart.pdf
For each bible translation, let the God's Presence be "zero", i.e., take a walk, grab something to
eat or drink, talk with someone, etc. Then recite the passage of an bible translation. Be sure to
read the passage out ALOUD - silent meditation does NOT count. Then discern how strong
God's Presence is.
Recite KJV first and let God's Presence be "7". For other bible translations, rate God's presence
from 1 to 10 where 10 means God's Presence is powerful and 1 means no God's Presence.
